Pursuant to the reporting requirements of Section 516 of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, as amended, we are providing herewith notification of the proposed grant transfer of four T-1 A Jayhawks to the Government of Tunisia under the Excess Defense Articles program.
Similar letters are being sent to the Chairs of the Committee on Appropriations of the House, the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate, and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate.
