Preparations are underway to establish in Azerbaijani Armed Forces Tactical Area Communications System (TASMUS) that exists in the Turkish Armed Forces, officials of Turkey’s ASELSAN company participating in IDEX-2013 International Defense Exhibition told APA exclusively.

ASELSAN officials said relevant measures have been taken, program has been developed and is to be confirmed. Azerbaijani servicemen familiarized themselves with TASMUS in Turkish Armed Forces.
The company officials said the establishment of TASMUS network will enhance the operation capability of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces. Compliance between the communication and combat management systems of the Azerbaijani and Turkish Armed Forces will be ensured.
This will enable joint operations in the future.

D'apres ta lecture du graphe c'est quoi l'altitude minimum de detection a 50km ?
Les autres systemes equivalents detectent en TBA a 50km ?

-les points sont des cibles,avec leur direction indiquée par vecteur
-je peux pas te dire exactement,mais je crois a une alt entre 30/100m,donc plus tu t´appoche plus tu dois "descendre"
-cé st la meme chose pour la plupart des radars,rotondité de la terre oblige,d´ou la chaine des SAM(courte/moynne/longue portée)

Perso je suis pas surpris, la Russie maintient une base en Arménie et a très clairement pris position pour l'Arménie en cas de conflit entre les deux pays! De pus si je dis pas de bêtise, L'Azerbaïdjan c'est rapproché de l'ouest ses derniers temps

Company representatives said that Azerbaijani military delegation watched flight debut of the helicopter that has advantages in maneuverability, avionics and weapons loads compared to its analogues, within IDEF-2013 international defense exhibition in Istanbul on May 7.


The presentation on the attack helicopter was held for the delegations led by Chief of the State Border Service of Azerbaijan Republic, Colonel General Elchin Guliyev and Defense Minister, Colonel General Safar Abiyev at TAI stand on the first day of the exhibition.


TAI officials said they had made some proposals at the meeting with the Azerbaijani delegation. Azerbaijan was also offered to directly participate in the production of the helicopters. According to the company representatives, Azerbaijan can purchase these helicopters more cheaply, by participating in the production. A number of parts of the helicopters may be manufactured at Azerbaijani facilities.
