C'est en relation avec l'Orangina, il voulait repondre qu'il ne risque rien et qu'il a totalement le droit tout simplement, alors j'ai posté son message

meme dans les plus grande démocratie on peut pas s'approcher comme ça d'une base militaire et prendre des photos sans se faire arrêté, sinon c'est l'fawda totale, svp ne me racontez pas conneries pareilles.

Oui c'est pour ca que si tu vas devant une base Francaise tu peux y voir 500 Spotters

Pakistan Air Force (PAF) now has a total of eight JF-17 Thunder aircrafts. Six more aircrafts were recieved this March while two were recieved last year for the celebration of Pakistan Day during the same month.
Four JF-17 aircrafts over Islamabad.All of the eight aircrafts according to the officials will be used for testing and evaluation purposes for the air force and are not meant to be inducted as of yet. Four or more JF-17 Thunder aircrafts will show up on the March 23rd, Pakistan Day parade.

JF-17 Thunder aircraft is an advanced multi-role light combat aircraft jointly developed by Chengdu and Pakistan Aeronautical Complex under a strategic collaboration project. The aircraft is designed to be cost-effective and can meet the tactical and strategic needs of the Pakistan Air Force, and various other air forces.

The production facilities have been setup for the aircraft in Pakistan. The first batch of 50 JF-17 Thunder aircrafts will be equipped with the Chinese/Pakistani avionics and missiles, while the later aircrafts are to be equipped with more advanced radars and missiles.

France has offered Pakistan its RC-400 radar and MBDA MICA missile for the aircraft. However, rumour suggests that AESA radar of different choices may finally be the later choice of the Pakistan Air Force and the MBDA Meteor missile too is on the cards.

The serial production of JF-17 Thunder has already started and the production capacity would be gradually taken to 25 aircraft per year by 2011.

The Air Cheif Marshal of the Pakistan Air Force has said that about 60 percent of the aircraft’s frame and 80 percent of its avionics would be manufactured in Pakistan by 2010.

Pakistan has begun negotiations with British, Italian, and French defence firms over potential avionics and other systems for the JF-17 Thunder aircrafts.

Pakistan Air Force hopes to induct 150 aircraft into its inventory in the first phase, under an agreement with the Chinese company, and the total induction could go up to 250 aircrafts.

The JF-17 will form the backbone of Pakistan to replace aging Pakistan’s MiG-21-derived Chengdu F-7, Nanchang A-5 and Mirage III/V currently in service which are being crashed at an alarming rate. Just today, on March 18 another Mirage III/V fighter plane has said to be crashed in eastern Punjab province. The pilot of the plane ejected safely and no loss of civilian life or property has been reported on ground

The JF-17 Thunder is said to be the main attractive aircraft for the future of the air forces with different high-med tech packages available. Thirteen countries have so far expressed interest in purchasing the JF-17 aircraft are Azerbaijan, Zimbabwe, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Egypt, Iran, Lebanon, Malaysia, Morocco, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Algeria and Sudan.

Airliner est un site de Spotter et ce n'est pas les photos qui manque, ce n'est pas interdit de prendre des photos si tu n'entre pas dans la base

Les libertés individuelles au Maghreb ne sont pas vraiment comme en Occident, et surement pas mieux dans un régime militaire.

Oui bon bref ! on va pas en parlé 4 heurs y'a pas de mal de prendre des photos d'une terrasse l'avion n'a pas a volé au dessus puis c'est tout

Ils essayent tant bien que mal a donner de l'importance a leurs ferraille, le Maroc a les yeux ailleurs

La Russie a reporté, en raison du retard pris dans les paiements, la livraison de 28 chasseurs Su-30MKI à l’Algérie, qui avait auparavant décidé de renvoyer 15 MiG-29SMT livrés en 2006-2007, annonce vendredi le quotidien russe Kommersant.
Selon le journal, Alger n’a pas réalisé la principale tranche de paiement des chasseurs. Kommersant affirme que la partie algérienne a cessé d’honorer les contrats militaires signés avec la Russie depuis octobre 2007, en motivant cette démarche par le renvoi des MiG qualifiés de défectueux.

Le ministère russe des Finances et Rosoboronexport, le monopole des exportations d’armement russe, se sont abstenus d’avancer une date de possible reprise des paiements.

Un représentant du groupe Irkout, le constructeur des Su-30MKI, a précisé à Kommersant que l’Algérie avait reçu dix appareils, mais que le reste de la livraison était différé en raison du retard pris dans les paiements.

En outre, comme l’écrit le quotidien se référant à des sources au sein du groupe MiG, 15 MiG livrés à l’Algérie en 2006-2007 seront restitués avant fin avril 2008. Cette restitution avait déjà été confirmée à Kommersant par des sources au sein du complexe militaro-industriel russe.

Le contrat portant sur le renvoi des MiG avait été conclu entre l’armée de l’air algérienne et Rosoboronexport début février 2008, Alger arguant que des pièces défectueuses avaient été utilisées dans la construction des appareils. Des représentants russes avaient cependant souligné le caractère éminemment politique de cette décision.

Kommersant avait indiqué que le ministère russe de la Défense était intéressé par la reprise de ces appareils. Selon un représentant du Service fédéral de coopération militaire et technique, la partie russe ne compte pas restituer les 250 millions de dollars versés par Alger à titre d’acompte.

Le contrat de plus de 7 milliards de dollars avait été signé en mars 2006 au cours de la visite du président Vladimir Poutine en Algérie. Il portait notamment sur l’acquisition par l’Algérie de 28 chasseurs Su-30MKI (A), 34 MiG-29SMT, de 16 avions-école Iak-130, de quatre systèmes de missiles sol-air S-300PMU-2, de 38 missiles sol-air Pantsyr et de 185 chars T-90C.

Je ne crois pas à un problème de payement (les russes avaient utilisé la même excuse pour retarder la construction de la centrale iranienne), le "retour de baton" suite à l'histoire des MIG ??
Si c'est vraiment le cas, leur comportement en dit long avec un client de longue date, et qui plus est, qui fait une commande de 7 Mds $ !!

Y a comme qui dirait de "l'eau dans le gaz" entre Alger et Moscou"

The source said Russia had so far delivered six of the aircraft to Algeria, under a 1.5 bln usd deal signed in 2006. The suspended lot had been due for delivery this month.

Russia also supplies Sukhoi fighters to India and Malaysia.

The financial daily Kommersant said Algeria had frozen payments on all military contracts with Moscow after Algiers said last month it would return 15 Mig-29 fighter jets it bought from Russia, because of their poor quality.

The head of Russia's Federal Agency for Industry, Andrei Dutov, on Monday accused Algeria of cancelling an order of Migs for "political" reasons.

Ils veulent une revalorisation du contrat MKA a hauteur de 5 % comme pour les MKI
