Les chantiers navals russes livreront 17 navires en 2011
En 2011, le consortium russe de construction navale OSK livrera à la Marine du pays et aux clients étrangers 17 bâtiments de guerre, dont deux sous-marins nucléaires lanceurs d'engins (SNLE), a annoncé mercredi aux journalistes le PDG du consortium, Roman Trotsenko.
"Cette année, nous projetons de livrer 17 bâtiments de guerre aux forces navales russes et aux clients étrangers, y compris des SNLE et des bâtiments de surface", a-t-il déclaré lors du Salon international de la défense maritime (IMDS-2011) qui se déroule du 29 juin au 2 juillet à Saint-Pétersbourg.
M. Trotsenko a précisé que la Marine russe recevrait deux sous-marins nucléaires, mais a refusé de citer leurs noms.
Une source bien informée au sein du complexe militaro-industriel a confié à RIA Novosti qu'il s'agissait du sous-marin stratégique Iouri Dolgorouki (utilisé mardi pour un test du missile balistique intercontinental Boulava) et du sous-marin nucléaire à fonctions multiples Severodvinsk.
Selon M. Trotsenko, l'OSK construit actuellement 54 navires, dont 40 pour les forces navales russes et 14 pour des pays étrangers.

Koalitsija-SV 152mm twin-barrel gun :

Russia has revealed a new 152mm gun, with two barrels, vertically stacked. Unlike the smaller Gast-type guns in Russian service (GSh-23, GSh-30, 2A38M) the mechanisms are not mechanically linked, but they are connected through the hydraulic recoil system, and fire alternately. This principle is called the 'boxer' system. It is being developed by the Federal State Unitary Enterprise (FSUE) TsceNII 'Burevestnik' in cooperation with public corporations NPO 'BTA', FSUE 'Uraltransmash', FSUE 'TsceNIIM', and FSUE 'Uralvagonzavod'.
This gun has initially been developed for an army SPG, based on the 'object 195' tank chassis and called the 'Koalitcia-SV' ('coalition'). In this form, the gun has a 50-round automatic loader (the turret is unmanned) and can fire at about 15-18 rpm. It is expected to enter service in 2007.
There is also a proposed naval version, possibly intended as a replacement for the AK-130. It is reportedly being developed by Arsenal (although that is not confirmed) and will use a 'stealth' cupola.
The range with existing ammunition is about 50 km, but NIIP is developing a new round capable of up to 70 km.

Prototype self-propelled twin-barrel howitzer
The Koalitsija-SV (coalition) prototype twin-barrel self-propelled howitzer is a unique artillery system. The first demonstrator was completed in 2006 and uses a number of components from the 2S19 Msta-S self-propelled howitzer. However production variant of this new SPH will look differently. The Koalitsija-SV is intended to replace the ageing Russian 152-mm artillery systems.
The twin-barrel Koalitsija-SV has a high rate of fire comparing with current artillery systems. It might be around 16 rounds per minute. This artillery system will be fitted with two 152- or 155-mm howitzers. Vehicle has a fully-automatic ammunition handling and loading systems. Two barrels have a number of other advantages comparing with usual self-propelled howitzers. The Koalistsija-SV is more reliable as both guns have associated autoloaders and if one of them fails, another keeps on firing. This SPH uses both barrels in quick succession, so the guns do not overheat and have a twice longer service life. The Koalitsija-SV can load both barrels at any inclination angles. This SPH is capable of multiple round simultaneous impact firing. It can also launch two precision-guided rounds, that will hit two different targets simultaneously.
The Koalitsija-SV will have an automatic targeting and charge selection system.
The demonstrator vehicle has a crew of 5, however production Koalitsija-SV will have a high level of automation. It's crew will consists of only two men, located in a well protected compartment at the front of the hull.
Demonstrator of the Koalitsija-SV uses a modified Msta-S chassis, however production self-propelled howitzer will have a new tracked chassis. Production vehicles will be also fitted with larger turret.

December 12, 2011, Moscow — Today four serial Su-34 frontline bombers went up in the sky from the runway airport of the Novosibirsk Aircraft Production Association (NAPO) and off to the place of their deployment at the air base in Voronezh. Two more aircraft will arrive there in the next few days. The aircraft delivery is carried out in the framework of the five-year state contract signed in 2008 to supply 32 Su-34 frontline bombers to the Russian Defense Ministry.
In September 2011 the state joint testing of the airplane was completed and the official act was signed with the recommendation to put the plane into service of the Russian Air Force. In future the Su-34 aircraft will replace the fleet of the Su-24 frontline bombers currently in service.
The Su-34 can effectively attack land-based, sea- and airborne targets by day and night in all weathers using the entire suite of its airborne munitions, including high-precision types. In terms of operational capabilities this is a 4+ generation aircraft. Its active safety system, along with the newest computers, provides extra capabilities for the pilot and navigator to perform precise bombing and to maneuver under enemy fire. The excellent aerodynamics, large capacity internal fuel tanks, fuel-efficient bypass engines with a digital control system, in-flight refueling device and add-on fuel tanks enable the aircraft to fly long distances close to those of medium strategic bombers.
The aircraft features an outstanding flight performance, maintainability and maneuverability. It has long-range aiming systems and modern on-board communication and information exchange system with ground control stations, ground troops and surface ships as well as between aircraft of the group.
The Su-34 is armed with highly effective long-range air-to-surface and air-to-air guided weapons enabling multi-channel operational employment. It is equipped with a highly intelligent system of radar countermeasures and defense. The Su-34 has a sophisticated survival system, including an armored cockpit. The aircraft can perform missions at a low altitude in bypass and fly-by modes. There are immediate plans to increase the combat potential of the aircraft with new weapons.

Bien que restant dans les eaux internationales, le bâtiment amiral de la flotte du Nord a eu la surprise de voir apparaître lundi le destroyer lance-missiles HMS York, ouvertement dépêché sur zone pour surveiller les manoeuvres du groupe aéronaval russe. « C'est la première fois depuis de nombreuses années que (le Kuznetsov) est déployé près du Royaume-Uni et la présence du HMS York démontre la volonté de la Royal Navy de maintenir l'intégrité et la sécurité des eaux britanniques », a déclaré la marine anglaise. Le commandant du destroyer a même été encore plus clair. « Notre présence est un signal clair au groupe aéronaval russe : La Royal Navy est active et en alerte dans les eaux britanniques et nous continueront à surveiller leurs activités jusqu'à ce qu'ils aient passé leur chemin », a indiqué le commandant Rex Cox, qui n'a pas hésité, dans ce contexte, à se rapprocher assez près du porte-avions russe, histoire de lui rappeler que les marins britanniques étaient chez eux dans cette zone. Accompagné du destroyer Admiral Chabanenko, de deux frégates et d'un pétrolier-ravitailleur, le Kuznetsov a quitté la Russie pour un déploiement de plusieurs mois en Atlantique et Méditerranée.

Pour y parvenir, les concepteurs ont dû résoudre une série de problèmes techniques. Il s'agissait notamment de créer une structure solide et légère, des propulseurs puissants et des instruments de contrôle capables de supporter des surcharges considérables.
"Les essais en vol effectués ces dernières années ont montré que ces objectifs ont été atteints", a constaté le général.
La phase initiale du vol, celle d'accélération, est baptisée par les professionnels "phase active". C'est précisément à cette étape qu'un missile prend la vitesse nécessaire pour parcourir des milliers de kilomètres et atteindre la cible.
"L'ennemi a tout intérêt à abattre le missile lors de la phase active, avant la séparation des charges. Car dès qu'elles se seront séparées, il faudra les détecter et les détruire une à une, en les isolant des leurres qui les accompagnent et en surmontant les brouillages actifs qui empêchent le guidage des antimissiles", a précisé le commandant en chef des troupes RVSN.

La Russie va mettre au point un nouveau missile balistique intercontinental à combustible liquide de près de 100 tonnes et capable de percer la future défense antiaérienne des Etats-Unis, a annoncé vendredi aux journalistes le commandant des Troupes balistiques stratégiques russes, le général Sergueï Karakaïev.
"La décision a été prise de mettre au point un nouveau système de silos équipé d'un missile lourd à combustible liquide, possédant des possibilités accrues de percer la future DCA américaine", a indiqué le général.
Selon lui, le nouveau missile remplacera le missile balistique lourd R-36M2, dit "Voevoda", et connu en Occident sous le nom de Satan.
Conçu en 1979 par le bureau d'études Ioujnoïé de Dniepropetrovsk, dans l'est de l'Ukraine, le RS-20V Voevoda , dont le R-36M2 est la dernière modification, est le missile intercontinental le plus puissant du monde. Il est doté d'une ogive multiple composée de dix charges. Sa portée maximale est de 11.500 km, et il pèse plus de 210 t au décollage. Le missile peut emporter une charge utile de 8,8 t.

ce mec ou il a fumé ou il sait pas c'est quoi un bouclier anti missile ou bien il se fou de nous comme si ils vont envoié un missile contré les leurs . c'est un contrôle des fréquences des missiles une fois le missiles aura entré dans la zone il sera perdu il ne saura plus ou ils doit partir voir contrôlé . il pourront contrôlé jusqu’à tes propres moyen et centrale nucléaire et tes base lance missile , tu peux faire le missiles le plus rapide au monde mais sa sert a quoi si tu peux pas le lancé si c'est un simple DCMB classique la russies n'aurai même pas fait une telle histoire

La Russie pourrait donc se retrouver dans une situation d’utilisation incontrôlée d’armes nucléaires par des pays voisins, ce qui menacerait d’entraîner notre pays dans des conflits militaires d’intensité et d’échelle variables.
Dans le même temps Karakaïev a annoncé, alors que la tension monte sur le Bouclier antimissile américain en Europe de l’Est, que la Russie allait mettre au point un nouveau missile balistique intercontinental capable de percer la future défense antiaérienne des Etats-Unis.

The Royal Navy Type 42 destroyer was sent from Portsmouth to shadow the Russian vessels.
With the Russian task group travelling south and away from UK waters, HMS York's crew has now handed over monitoring duties to the French navy. HMS York's crew also photographed the jet with a Russian Helix helicopter
HMS York's commanding officer Cdr Rex Cox said: "My ship's company have put in a cracking effort in what have been challenging weather conditions and are now looking forward to some well-deserved Christmas leave and some time with their families."
Russian vessels began to appear in the Moray Firth last Monday to seek shelter from stormy weather.
The following day, SNP defence spokesman Angus Robertson said it had been brought to his attention that one of the crews had been dumping waste overboard.
The MoD said the rubbish was most likely to have been waste food, which they were allowed to dump provided there was no plastic in it.
